1 Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary information required to operate a trusted Nigerian business directory and event ticketing service:

• Business Profile Data: Enterprise name, CAC registration number, official business address, phone number, WhatsApp contact channel, operating hours, and catalog services.
• Event Attendee Data: Name, phone number, and email address for generating cryptographic HMAC QR ticket passes.
• Human Traffic Verification Data: One-way cryptographic SHA-256 IP hashes and anonymized browser session IDs used strictly to prevent bot traffic manipulation. We never sell IP data or personal records.

2 How We Use Your Data

• To facilitate genuine consumer inquiries via direct WhatsApp and phone links.
• To verify corporate legitimacy with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• To deliver HMAC-signed QR ticket passes to event attendees.
• To compute real, bot-filtered, authentic directory traffic metrics.

3 Data Security & Encryption

All communications are secured with TLS/SSL encryption. Passwords and sensitive identifiers are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt and salted SHA-256 algorithms.

4 Your Rights (NDPA 2023)

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023), you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of erroneous listings, or request complete removal of your business profile.
